Shipping and Delivery


Orders are processed: Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm AWST (Public Holidays Excluded)



Shipping cost is based on your location. To estimate shipping cost please use the shipping calculator upon checkout. Simply add the product to your cart and enter in your postcode. 



After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is back-ordered or otherwise unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization charge and contact you to inform you by e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team.



Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 days from the date of your order and shipping typically takes 2 - 8 business days, however please allow up to 10 days in case of any shipping delays that may occur. Please allow extra delivery time if you live in a regional or rural area.

Please note that the above delivery timeframes are guidelines only. Once the order has left the warehouse, it is out of our control.

Tracking Numbers will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please note there will be no tracking information on items supplied by Kidkraft and delivery may take up to 10 days.



Please note that shipping is only available to Australian physical addresses (no PO Boxes). Delivery costs are based on delivery to your front door or ground floor during normal business hours. It is the buyers responsibility to make arrangements to take items at this point. Our couriers will not deliver to upstairs or lift access locations.

For items being shipped via a freight carrier, a signature is required on delivery. Items that do not require a signature on delivery, will be left at your address. Outdoor Hideaway cannot accept responsibility for re delivery fee or lost/stolen items. Please use a shipping address where someone is available to accept the delivery.
